My approach is simple, I do not dwell on caloric intake or quick weight loss fads. I do not offer restrictions of good and bad foods. My goal is to help you achieve balance and serenity in your life. You will be encouraged to move daily, create healthier habits, and invite joy into your life. My program combines health and nutrition counseling with an individualized fitness regimen. I also provide techniques to decrease stress, boost confidence and increase overall satisfaction with your life.
I believe doing Yoga and Pilates are beneficial to any and every body. As your coach, I will help you develop a solid foundation in alignment and greater level of body awareness. I have worked with individual of all age ranges, athletic backgrounds, and mobility, helping them to feel better and have improved movement over time.
